Yes, everything you see on this site is not free. Domain hosting is not free, web design (wix) is not free and a lot of the widgets such as the future member area, forum, etc won't be free either. Irrigation sign up post is located on E. vallejo st infront of the only empty lot on the street, hard to miss. Orange flag is posted to remind people to sign up or when the actual irrigation date is taking place. Even is the flag is not up, irrigation sign up sheet is always up. This sheet is taken down the Sunday before irrigation weekend.

No, I'm a volunteer. I manage our irrigation times for Cloud rd, E. Vallejo st and part of 222nd st. I don't get paid to do this.

Grass requires more frequent water than once every 2 weeks. Irrigation water is mainly designed for established plants such as trees, especially ones with deep roots.

For the pipe/ditch within your property line ( you are ). For anything outside (we all are). These repairs are not cheap and we happen to live in a nice community where everyone cares for each other. If you need help, simply ask.

Make sure the gates to the other side of the neighborhood are closed and the one for your street is open. The main irrigation box is located on Signal butte. Secondary gate that needs to be closed is located on 222nd street. Video on this coming soon. Also, sometimes due to rain irrigation may get cancelled.
